Jef Hall

Jef came to Oshkosh for college and stayed for the community.

An internet marketer at J. J. Keller & Associates specializing in Search Marketing, Jef used this experience to found the "I'm for Oshkosh" website.

Jef's community involvement comes in several forms. As chair of the Winnebago Democratic Party, you will find him working hard at election time. But as a member of the Winnebago County Board, representing much of downtown Oshkosh, he also works advancing our community year-round.

Jef serves on boards working on economic development issues from several perspectives. As a member of the Advocap Board, he works to advance people out of poverty, and as Secretary of the East Central WI Counties Railroad Consortium, works to bring jobs to Oshkosh.

Deb Allison-Aasby

Deb is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Industrial Manufacturing.

A 13 year resident of Oshkosh, Deb is considered a serial entrepreneur who has started and sold two businesses and currently owns a third, Fine Country Gourmet, Inc. located at 417 N. Main Street.

Deb currently serves on the Oshkosh Economic Development Corporation Board and is Vice Chairman of the Downtown BID Consortium.

Deb has been married to Rob for 11 years and has two daughters ages 18 and 8.
